It's no surprise Roman Catholic Dominated Italy would dismiss a case where by an atheist sues claming there is no Christ. Put aside the fact that suing for something like this is about as retarded as three fat sluts suing Wal-Mart.

Editors note: I am admittedly biased, yes I am a Roman Catholic. I am not trying to indicate whether Jesus exists or not (I know he does/did and so do you), what I am attempting to do is question the sanity of someone that would actually sue to prove he did not. This Cascioll guy should come to the US and party with some of our best Catholics, Kerry and Kennedy. He would fit right in with the mainstream morons we have on the left of this country.
