Lieberman in 06' - Independent?

Apparently Joe Lieberman lost the primary election last night to Lamont, a millionaire cable executive (rich democrat). The margin was 52 percent Lamont to 48 percent Lieberman.



Here we have a democrat in Lieberman with a good head on his shoulders being forced out because he is not liberal enough. The democrats have been in constant self destruct mode since 94' and it looks as if there are no signs of them stopping this pattern.

My guess is Lieberman will run as an Independent, and the Republican party (which should) will no doubt support him, at least privately. I know I will! Joe, you da man. A good Jew with Balls! Don't sweat it. We're pulling for you!
