You have to love and respect the ingenuity of this guy. Apparently a man in Waukesha, Wisconsin was approaching woment and claiming they had a tick on them to which he would assert his assistance by asking them to disrobe so he could safely remove the nasty little critter.

"He was like 'It's right there.' That's when he took my pants, pulled them down, pulled them over, and that's when I jumped and started walking toward the bathroom,"
