Shades of Gore and 2000 - Lib asks for recount

After losing by more than 1 million votes , A nutty Libertarian has asked for a recount in a Senate election. Apparently the 1 million vote deficit equated to only winning 13% of the vote, yet this guy wants the votes recounted...

I guess if you use the Gore factor for counting votes, assuming you count the votes enough, eventually I guess you might get the outcome you want... Yeah right.
