Fake Retard?

How do you fake being retarded? Well, you could register as a democrat. That does it for most people. However, for Pete Costello, who since age 8, along with his mother has faked being retarded.

That's right, for 20 years Pete Costello has claimed to be retarded. Unable to read, write, speak, or even bath himself. Turns out while little Petey is retarded, he is still able to both drive and argue a traffic ticket with an officer, while on tape.
