Al Fraken evades taxes no jail time. Snipes, 3 years!

What the fuck is the matter with the IRS? Why does Al Fraken get to pay back taxes, which he evaded in 17 states without any type of restitution. In other words, jail time.

Wesley Snipes on the other hand evades taxes, faces the court, apologizes, and offers to pay right then and there, in court! IN CASH! And gets 3 years?

Lest we forget, the Clinton's did not pay taxes for over 14 years and when they decided to run for president the first time around "volunteered" to pay their back taxes... no penalties... No jail time.

Is there a double standard I am missing here?
