A guy by the name of Michael O’Connell, from Sacramento, California is in need of a van. Michael has Muscular Dystrophy, and as a result is in a wheelchair. For those of us who are not, it's hard to imagine how hard moving around can be, especially getting in an out of a vehicle.

That said, Michael has a web site that details his need for a new van to help keep him mobile.

I've done the MDA Lockup several times as an employer. Each time I have raised more money than any other business owner or boss in the lockup. I typically have reached my goal before the cops show up to pick up me up to take me to the lock up. It's a worthy cause, and I have a great deal of fun calling folks and harrassing them for money!
